Kindly read the terms and conditions of DOON HOME TUITION to avoid any misunderstandings or unpleasant situations at a later stage. We sincerely believe that you must go through it thoroughly, understand, and clarify any doubts before registering with us. It is important for both the tutor and the student/parent to carefully read the points mentioned below.

By registering on our website as a student/parent, you agree to these terms and conditions.
There is no registration charge for students/parents.

• After one or at most two days of demo classes, parents must submit the fee. If the fee is not submitted, we will stop the classes.

• The website DOONHOMETUTION.COM has been established to allow students and tutors to connect and view profiles.

• Please provide a valid mobile number and personal email during registration. Fake profiles will lead to cancellation of membership without notice.

• Any profile showing irrelevant, illegal, or obscene content is strictly prohibited.

• The management of DOONHOMETUTION.COM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• DOONHOMETUTION.COM is not responsible for any misbehavior by tutors or students. Especially female users are advised to take safety precautions before entering into a tutoring arrangement. We are not liable for any form of loss.

• If you share your contact details with a tutor, it is your responsibility to verify their credentials and background.

• You are also responsible for all monetary transactions and refunds. We are not liable for fraudulent activity.

• While DOONHOMETUTION.COM will assist in finding a suitable tutor for your child, we do not guarantee success in any examination or test.

Safety Practices for Parents

• Tuition fees must be collected in advance every month via NEFT, RTGS, Net Banking, Google Pay, or bank transfer. Tutors are not authorized to collect fees directly.

• You may not hire a tutor (with whom you’ve had a trial or rejected/stopped services) directly for 1 year from the stop date of tuition.

• Collect one self-attested copy of ID/address proof from the tutor.

• Parents should stay at home during the tutoring session.

• DOON HOME TUITION shares progress reports monthly.

• Student/parent must confirm the tutor after one or two demo days. Student must continue for at least 1 month.

• Only those classes cancelled or postponed by the tutor will be rescheduled.

• Take regular safety precautions: keep valuables safe and avoid sharing unnecessary personal details.

• DOONHOMETUTION.COM is not liable for student progress or for any theft by a tutor.

• Tutors should be observed by parents or caretakers during tuition.

• Prefer tutoring sessions in common areas like the living or drawing room. If in a bedroom, keep the door open or check in occasionally.

• Get feedback from your child regarding the tutor and share feedback with us too.

• All hiring decisions are your responsibility. Ensure thorough verification before hiring any tutor.

• DOONHOMETUTION.COM reserves the right to withdraw or modify services due to legal or commercial reasons. Service may also be inaccessible due to technical difficulties, but we will try our best to resolve them.

Terms & Conditions for Teachers

Kindly read the terms and conditions of DOON HOME TUITION carefully to avoid any misunderstandings. Your use of the website is deemed as your acceptance of these terms.

• The website has been created to connect teachers with parents/students.

• DOONHOMETUTION.COM will take all reasonable precautions to protect your details but is not liable for unauthorized access.

• Registration does not guarantee tuition assignments.

• Tutors should not be concerned about the fees charged to parents.

• Tutors must attend all allotted classes. Leaves must be pre-informed to both parents and the management.

• Monthly payments are calculated based on the number of classes taken.

• Tutors must not have any criminal background or pending legal issues.

• Tutors must be at least 18 years old and have valid qualifications.

• Tutors must not respond abusively to student/parent feedback.

• Fee collection is managed solely by DOON HOME TUITION. Tutors will be paid only after class completion—payment is processed 30 days from the start date + 2 working days.

• Tutors cannot take tuitions referred by existing DOON HOME TUITION clients independently.

• Tutors must provide 1 or 2-day demos for new assignments.

• Tutors must continue for at least 1 month—no payment will be made for incomplete months.

• Any dishonest behavior will lead to blacklisting and removal from the tutor database.

• Tutors are independent professionals, not employees. They are responsible for their taxes and legal obligations.

• Accurate and up-to-date personal information must be submitted during registration. This info may be publicly visible and appear in search engine results.

• Tutors must be punctual and regular. Irregularity may lead to cancellation of registration.

• Tutors must update valid email and contact information.

• DOONHOMETUTION.COM is not liable for any kind of loss (financial or personal) incurred from using the website.

Termination or Suspension

We may terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to the website at any time, with or without prior notice, and without any liability.
